Skills & Responsibilities:

Project Handling and Coordination
Ensure Speedy Progress on Site while Maintaining Quality
Prepare and Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports
Manage All Labour and Supervise Subcontractors
Quality Control of Materials and Workmanship
Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations and Standards
Understand and Work with All Shop Drawings including Electrical, Plumbing, and MEP Drawings
Verify Material Quantity and Quality before Use
Resolve On-site Technical Issues Promptly
Liaise with Suppliers, Consultants, and Project Managers

Salary Range: 200 OMR to 300 OMR
