Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Communication

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.

Provide accurate information about travel packages, hotel bookings, and tour services.

Assist clients in making informed travel decisions.

Complaint Handling & Resolution

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Coordinate with other departments (ticketing, reservations, operations) to resolve issues.

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after resolution.

Booking Assistance

Help customers with flight, hotel, and tour package bookings.

Guide customers through payment and confirmation processes.

Provide pre-travel and post-booking support.

After-Sales Service

Ensure customer feedback is collected and analyzed for service improvement.

Offer post-travel support in case of issues like refunds, cancellations, or changes.

Maintaining Records

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to log communications.

Customer Relationship Building

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Offer personalized services and suggest future travel opportunities based on past preferences.
