Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. As the Receptionist, you will manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable

Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Support other staff as needed with clerical duties
