Responsibilities:

1. Prepare gypsum mixtures according to required specifications.

2. Create molds and cast gypsum products such as cornices, ceiling panels, wall decorations, and custom designs.

3. Smooth, trim, and finish products to the highest quality standards.

4. Maintain and clean tools, molds, and workspace.

5. Ensure all work meets safety and quality regulations.
