Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IVD medical laboratory equipment such as Biochemistry, Hematology, Immunoassay, and Urine Analyzers. The primary responsibility will be to visit laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers across Oman to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Identify and engage potential customers in the medical laboratory sector.
•
Promote and sell our IVD product portfolio including Biochemistry, Hematology, Immunoassay, and Urine Analyzers.
•
Conduct regular field visits to diagnostic labs, hospitals, medical centers and clinics.
•
Demonstrate equipment to prospective clients and coordinate product validation trials.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
•
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•
Track competitor activity and market trends.
•
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Lab Technology, or a related field.
•
Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in IVD or medical equipment sales.
•
Valid Omani driving license.
•
Must be based in Oman.
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
