Head Barista

A coffee shop in Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman is hiring for the position of:

Head Barista
Required Nationality: Filipino or Iranian

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista.

Must hold a Barista Certificate.

Strong skills in preparing different coffee drinks and ensuring beverage quality.

Ability to lead and train barista staff and improve their skills.

Creativity in developing the café’s beverage menu, including seasonal and signature drinks.

Commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.

Leadership qualities with excellent communication and customer service skills.


Benefits:

2-year employment contract.

Total salary: 180 – 230 OMR (depending on experience and skills).

30 days paid annual leave with round-trip ticket (Muscat – employee’s home country – Muscat).
