We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive our growth in the tourism sector.

We are looking for someone ambitious, professional, and passionate about creating strong marketing strategies and building new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to promote tours and travel services.
• Manage and expand the company’s presence across social media and digital platforms.
• Create engaging, high-quality content that attracts and converts customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Generate innovative ideas to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development and digital marketing (preferably in tourism or hospitality).
• Strong knowledge of online platforms, SEO, and digital advertising.
• Creative skills in content creation and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to bring new ideas to the table.
