Description

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to oversee the operational standards of our Company Outlets. The role will focus on food safety, hygiene, health & safety, customer service quality, and procurement compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular operational audits to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed in kitchen and service.

Monitor food safety & hygiene standards, including storage, labeling, and cleanliness.

Check compliance with health & safety measures such as fire safety, gas/electrical maintenance, and waste management.

Audit customer experience by reviewing service quality, food presentation, cleanliness, and complaint-handling processes.

Inspect vendor quality during deliveries and verify compliance with freshness, certification, and storage requirements.

Prepare clear audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant operations, F&B auditing, or quality control preferred.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and provide objective reporting.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi an advantage).

Valid Driving License
