Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in the immigration services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and guiding clients through the immigration process for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, USA, or Europe. A strong understanding of immigration programs and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Conversion:

Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into clients.

Generate outbound leads through calls, emails, social media, or networking.

Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication until closure.

Client Consultation:

Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., PR, work permits, student visas).

Provide accurate information about visa processes, documentation, timelines, and fees.

Schedule and conduct consultations (in person, over the phone, or virtually).

Process Coordination:

Collaborate with documentation teams and legal experts to support application processing.

Ensure all client documentation is complete and up to date.

Keep clients informed on the progress of their application.

Reporting & CRM Management:

Maintain accurate client records in CRM software.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, immigration consulting, or education consulting.

Knowledge of major immigration programs (Canada Express Entry, Australia PR, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle pressure and objections.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
