Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Machine Operator to be a key part of our founding team in our new, state-of-the-art production facility within Sohar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, monitor, and control industrial production machinery and equipment to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure continuous machine operation.
• Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Conduct quality checks on products and accurately maintain production logs.
• Utilize technical skills, including basic welding techniques, for equipment maintenance and fabrication tasks as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• A valuable asset: Practical experience or knowledge of welding techniques (e. g. , TIG, MIG, ARC) for on-the-job repairs and adjustments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• The ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively in English.
• Must hold a valid, transferable residency permit for Oman.
