Position Overview:

The Clinic In-charge / Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient care services, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of administrative management, team leadership, and business development skills to ensure both operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Clinic Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Maintain high standards of patient care, service quality, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor stock of medical supplies and equipment; ensure timely procurement.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery.

Sales & Marketing
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue.
Promote clinic services through digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and community outreach.
Establish corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations to generate referrals.
Prepare and execute seasonal/targeted promotional offers.
Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and present to management.
Identify market trends and opportunities to expand clinic services.

Administrative & Financial Oversight
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.
Maintain accurate patient and clinic records.
Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and government health regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations and sales.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in clinic/hospital administration or healthcare sales & marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminologies, and patient care processes
Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver targets.
