Job Description: Auto Mechanic and Electricians

Location: Barka Sanaya – Sarker Maintenance Centre
Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are looking for skilled Auto Mechanics and Electricians to join our team at Sarker Maintenance Centre. The person should be able to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles (Japanese, Korean, American, and European models). The mechanic must have strong hands-on skills, familiarity with modern diagnostic tools, and the ability to perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.



Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
• Use OBDII and advanced scan tools (Autel, Launch, etc. ) to diagnose faults.
• Perform active tests and interpret live data (MAF, MAP, O2 sensors, injectors, solenoids, ABS, TPMS, etc. ).
• Troubleshoot check engine light
• Conduct smoke leak tests, resistance tests, and wiring inspections.

Mechanical Repairs & Maintenance
• Carry out oil changes, filter replacements (air, fuel, AC, oil).
• Replace and service spark plugs, belts, hoses, radiators, thermostats, and water pumps.
• Inspect and repair suspension systems (shocks, struts, arms, bushings).
• Perform brake system services (pads, discs, calipers, electronic parking brakes).

Engine & Transmission Work
• Diagnose and repair engine performance issues (misfires, idle problems, stalling).
• Service intake systems, throttle bodies, EGR, PCV valves, and VVT systems.
• Carry out transmission oil service, solenoid testing.

Electrical & Electronic Systems
• Diagnose and repair alternators.
• Work on ECU-related functions, ABS modules, TPMS sensors.
• Perform active tests on fuel pumps, purge valves, and cooling fans.



Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese, Korean, American, and European vehicles.
• Ability to operate modern diagnostic tools and interpret results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy (for diagnostic software and reporting).
