Outdoor Salesman

Summary:
We are a Wholesaler of Disposable goods of Plastic, Paper, Aluminum & Cleaning Chemical & detergents like Teacup, Water cup, Juice glass, Coffee cups, plastic bags, Microwave Plastic Containers Round/Rectangular, Aluminum Foil, Aluminum Container, Cling film, Sandwich paper, Garbage bags, Sofra roll, hand wash, dish wash, etc.
Our main Customers are Coffee shops, Restaurants, Hotels, and Supermarkets.

Job Descriptions:
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
• Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
• Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand

Duties and responsibilities
• Should assist the customers at the counter with their queries and, at the same time, provide them with the resolution effectively.
• Should ask questions and provide relevant information to the customers that they might need, and then list down the orders that the customers might purchase, thereby providing them with excellent service.
• Need to follow up on the orders that the customer makes and should be upbeat while resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep yourself updated with the product inventory and its functionality.
• Communicate effectively with the customers regarding any relevant procedures and policies that might be beneficial to them.
• Should be active enough to inform the manager of any potentially harmful condition.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Candidate must possess +/- 2 to 5 years’ experience in outdoor sales.
• Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid OMAN driver’s license is a must

Salary
• Basic Salary is about OMR 200 - 300 per month with a commission of 1% on achieving the Sales Target.
• Additional incentive based on the performance of Sales.
• Visa + Accommodation is provided by the Company.
