Position: Merchandiser
Location: Romania
Contract Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure products are displayed, stocked, and maintained according to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Implement product promotions, price changes, and marketing campaigns in stores.
Collect market intelligence on competitor products, prices, and promotions.
Maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports.
Ensure all products comply with company quality and presentation guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a merchandiser (FMCG, retail, or related sector preferred).
Ability to read and understand basic English (invoices, orders, instructions).
Age limit: 21 – 45 years.
Nationality: Nepalis, Filipinos, Indian applicants are welcome.
Good health condition and physically fit to handle stock movement.
No criminal record.
Education: Not mandatory (but high school preferred).
