Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Romania. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring proper storage of goods, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities.
Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched correctly and on time.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Implement and enforce safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
Assign tasks, train staff, and evaluate performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities.
Prepare reports on warehouse activities and productivity.

Requirements:
Minimum High School Education (or equivalent).
Knowledge of English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics supervision preferred.
Age: 21 – 45 years.
Must be physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties.
No criminal record.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
