Location: Barka Sana’a – Sarkar Maintenance Center



Job Type: Full-time


Overview
We are looking for expert auto mechanics and electricians for Sarkar Maintenance Center. The candidate should have the ability to diagnose, repair and service various vehicles (Japanese, Korean, American and European models). The mechanic should have practical skills, experience using modern diagnostic tools and the ability to solve mechanical and electrical problems. Key Responsibilities Diagnosis and Troubleshooting • Identify faults with OBDII and modern scan tools (Autel, Launch etc.). • Perform active testing and read live data (MAF, MAP, O2 sensors, injectors, solenoids, ABS, TPMS etc.). • Troubleshoot Check Engine Light. • Smoke leak test, resistance test and check wiring. Mechanical Repair and Maintenance • Oil change, replacement of filters (air, fuel, AC, oil). • Replacing spark plugs, belts, hoses, radiator, thermostat and water pump. • Testing and repairing suspension systems (shocks, struts, arms, bushings). • Working on brake systems (pads, discs, calipers, electronic parking brakes). Engine and transmission work • Troubleshooting engine performance issues (misfire, idle problems, stalling). • Servicing intake systems, throttle bodies, EGR, PCV valves and VVT systems. • Transmission oil service and solenoid testing. Electrical and electronic systems • Testing and repairing alternators. • Working on ECUs, ABS modules, TPMS sensors. • Active testing on fuel pumps, purge valves and cooling fans. Qualifications and skills • Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience as an auto mechanic. • Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, American and European vehicles. • Proficiency in operating modern diagnostic tools and interpreting results. • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Basic computer knowledge (for diagnostic software).
