Company Overview
We are a wholesaler of disposable goods and cleaning chemicals/detergents, supplying a wide range of products such as:
• Plastic, Paper, and Aluminum disposables (tea cups, water cups, juice glasses, coffee cups, plastic bags, microwave containers round/rectangular, aluminum foil, aluminum containers, cling film, sandwich paper, garbage bags, sofra rolls).
• Cleaning products (hand wash, dish wash, detergents).
Our main customers include coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and supermarkets.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Outdoor Salesman to grow our sales in Oman. The role involves direct interaction with customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring excellent service while achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
• Travel within assigned sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
• Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Maintain records of sales leads and customer accounts.
• Educate customers on product benefits and applications.
• Sell company products to customers in line with sales targets.
• Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to strengthen brand presence.

Duties & Customer Service
• Assist customers with queries and provide effective resolutions.
• Provide product details, list down orders, and ensure excellent service.
• Follow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep updated with inventory and product functionality.
• Communicate relevant company procedures and policies to customers.
• Report any potential risks or harmful conditions to management.

Qualifications & Experience
• 2–5 years’ experience in outdoor sales (FMCG/Disposable goods preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Results-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must hold a valid Oman driver’s license.

Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: OMR 200 – 300 per month.
• Commission: 1% on sales target.
• Additional incentives based on performance.
• Company-provided accommodation.
