Job Title: Graphic Designer & Production Technician – Printing & Fabrication

Location: Al Suwayq, Sultanate of Oman

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer & Production Technician with hands-on experience in banner and sticker printing, UV and Laser cuttung operations, and fabrication work. The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with technical production knowledge to support our custom furniture and signage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality visuals for banners, stickers, signage, and branding materials.

Operate and maintain UV printing machines, Laser Cutting, and related equipment.

Prepare production files and layouts using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

Collaborate with carpentry and fabrication teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Manage print jobs from concept to final output, ensuring color accuracy and material compatibility.

Assist in fabrication tasks, including cutting, assembling, and finishing components.

Maintain organized records of design files, job specs, and production timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in large-format printing, UV machine handling, and Laser Cutting operations.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

Knowledge of materials used in signage, furniture, and fabrication (e. g. , acrylic, MDF, vinyl).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert them into production-ready files.

Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with laser cutting, engraving, or plotter machines.

Familiarity with workshop workflows and inventory tracking.
