Job Opportunity: Graphic Designer

Location: Muscat

About Us:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing high-quality visual content for all company events, marketing, and communication materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact across all platforms (print, digital, and social media).
Key Responsibilities
Event Design & Production:
* Develop creative concepts and designs for event-specific collateral, including but not limited to:
* Event branding (logos, colour palettes, visual themes).
* Stage backdrops, signage, banners, and large-format graphics.
* Exhibition booth designs and display visuals.
* Digital screens and presentation templates.
* Event programs, brochures, invitations (print and e-vites), and credentials/badges.
* Collaborate with the event planning and production teams to translate event themes and client requirements into compelling visual designs.
* Prepare final, print-ready files and digital assets, adhering strictly to production specifications, formats, and deadlines.
* Liaise with external vendors, printers, and production houses to ensure quality control, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
Marketing & Communication:
* Design professional marketing and promotional materials for the company and its events, such as:
* Advertisements for print and digital media.
* Social media graphics and content (posts, stories, animated GIFs/videos).
* Website and email marketing banners/graphics.
* Company presentations and corporate stationery.
Creative & Conceptualisation:
* Develop, maintain, and ensure consistent application of the company's and clients' brand identities across all touchpoints.
* Stay updated on design trends, event industry innovations, and Omani/regional cultural aesthetics to produce fresh and relevant work.
* Generate creative mock-ups and visualisations of designs for client and internal review.
Collaboration & Management:
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet tight event deadlines.
* Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and, at times, directly to clients, explaining design rationale and incorporating feedback effectively.
* Maintain an organised digital library of all design assets, templates, and final artwork.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an event management, advertising, or marketing agency environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects) and basic video editing is a significant advantage.
* Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing design work, particularly in branding, print/large-format production, and digital/social media content.
* Soft Skills:
* Exceptional creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet fast-paced deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage for the Omani market).
* Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of printing processes, production specifications, and digital media best practices (SEO, social media dimensions, file optimisation).
