Description

We are looking for qualified candidates to join our team in Oman for the following positions:



1 Real Estate & Asset Management Officer

Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise property management and leasing operations.
• Monitor lease contracts, renewals, and analyze property returns.
• Coordinate with tenants, maintenance teams, and service providers.
• Prepare periodic performance and financial reports for assets.
• Monitor operating expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or asset management.
– Strong knowledge of lease management, property valuation, and budgeting.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Property Management Systems.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills with tenants and vendors.
– Fluency in English (spoken and written).



2 Personal Assistant (PA)

Main Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Handle phone calls and email correspondence.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Arrange travel (tickets, hotels, and itineraries).
• Manage files and documentation.

General Requirements:
– Nationality: Indian or Sri Lankan only.
– Gender: Male.
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft
– Fluency in English (spoken and written).
