We are hiring a Factory Supervisor for our animal feed production unit, responsible for managing daily operations while actively engaging with retail shops, distributors, and customers to expand market presence and ensure smooth product distribution. The ideal candidate should hold a degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or have hands-on experience as an electrician, with at least 3–5 years in aminal feed factory operations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to balance production management with market development.
