🚀 Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are looking for a strategically connected and results-driven BDM to lead our business expansion efforts in Oman’s Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing new contracts, building lasting partnerships, and enhancing our market footprint.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth in the Oil & Gas and construction sectors across Oman
- Utilize established relationships with PDO, OXY, ARA Petroleum, Shell, Daleel, OQ, and other key industry players
- Forge strategic alliances and long-term client partnerships
- Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Indian national, preferably from South India
- Strong professional network within PDO, OQ, and other major Oil & Gas companies in Oman
- Demonstrated success in business development within the Omani Oil & Gas or construction industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Willing to relocate to or currently based in Muscat, Oman
- Compensation: Based on a percentage of project margins, to be discussed during the interview
