The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in attending technical meetings with clients, preparing project BOQs, developing project schedules, and drafting method statements, material submissions, and all relevant project documentation. Additionally, they must demonstrate the ability to effectively coordinate with all stakeholders and navigate challenging situations that may arise during construction.
