Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our frozen and ready-to-eat food products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the F&B or frozen food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and HORECA clients.

Identify new business opportunities in the market.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Lead and guide the sales team to meet performance goals.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in F&B / frozen or ready-to-eat food sales.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Valid driving license (preferred).

Fluent in English ,Hindi and Malayalam.
