Description

We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor (Equipment) to oversee the repair and maintenance of construction machinery, heavy earth-moving equipment, and heavy vehicles. The role focuses on safety, quality, and timely task completion across all workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide mechanics in daily repair activities.
Diagnose defects and determine repair requirements.
Allocate tasks and monitor progress on critical repairs.
Review inspection reports and ensure repair quality.
Plan and requisition spare parts effectively.
Maintain documentation and enforce safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
B. E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Engineering.
3–5 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.

Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery.
Team supervision and coordination skills.
Ability to interpret inspection and diagnostic reports.
Spare parts planning and requisitioning expertise.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
