We’re looking for an experienced Oracle ERP System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications. The role involves system administration, database performance, and security management across Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or related field.

Experience:
* Minimum 5 years overall experience, including 3+ years in Oracle E-Business Application Suite.
* Proven experience in System & Security Administration for Oracle E-Business R12.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, patch, and maintain Oracle ERP, Database, and WebLogic instances.
* Manage backups, cloning, and recovery for ERP environments.
* Perform performance tuning and capacity planning.
* Handle database management (Oracle / SQL Server).
* Ensure system security, reliability, and uptime.
* Develop and maintain recovery and maintenance documentation.

Technical Skills:
* Oracle Database, RAC, and E-Business Suite R12.2
* SQL Server administration and performance tuning
* Backup/recovery management and system optimization
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
