Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary (lady only ) with a strong background in Finance or Accounts to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to senior management. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle office coordination, document management, and basic accounting tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Secretarial Duties:
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital.
• Handle confidential documents and ensure information security.
• Coordinate communication between departments and external clients.

Finance & Accounting Support:
• Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash statements.
• Support bookkeeping and data entry for financial transactions.
• Track and reconcile daily financial records and payments.
• Assist with budget preparation, audits, and monthly financial reports.
• Liaise with finance and accounting teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Office Coordination:
• Monitor office supplies and manage procurement.
• Ensure timely renewal of contracts, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and payroll coordination.



Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in an Accounts-related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to handle financial data and administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.



Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and document management.
• Experience in preparing financial summaries or reports.
• Time management and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.



Salary: 350_450 depends on experience
