🔹 Position Overview

We are urgently hiring three (3) Tele Sales Ladies for our Immigration Consultancy office. The ideal candidates must be confident, well-spoken, Hindi-speaking, and skilled in handling client inquiries via phone and WhatsApp. Experience in tele-sales, customer service, or immigration consultancy will be an advantage.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and explain immigration services to clients.

Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups professionally.

Maintain and update client databases.

Schedule appointments for office consultations.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service with a professional approach.

🔹 Requirements

Female candidates only.

Hindi speaking is mandatory (English required;

1–2 years of tele-sales or customer service experience.

Confident, presentable, and target-driven.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred).
