Description

Responsibilities:

Daily vehicle and driver coordination
• Preparing and sending quotations to customers and following up
• Fuel tracking and operational cost monitoring
• Trip documentation and scheduling
Coordination with clients, workshop, and drivers

Ensuring adherence to SOPs and HSE requirements Requirements:
Experience in transport/logistics operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Computer literacy (MS Office & email)
•Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to oversee and improve processes effectively
Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and implement improvements
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multitasking responsibilities in a high-pressure environment
Knowledge of the energy logistics and supply chain industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
