📌 Job Position: Office Administrator (Female) indian prefrence
Type: Full-Time, Entry Level
Vacancy: 1
Salary: OMR 200–250 (All Inclusive)
Timing: Saturday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and maintain a well-organized environment.

Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and internal/external communication.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.

Prepare, draft, and maintain reports and official documents.

Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems.

Manage purchase orders, suppliers, and follow up on deliveries.

Process and track invoices, vendor payments, and basic financial records.

Support logistics, inventory control, and stock updates.

Organize meetings, workshops, and internal events.

Assist with HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and record maintenance.

Arrange travel bookings and coordinate basic IT/office equipment issues.

Enforce administrative policies and identify cost-saving opportunities.


Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, WhatsApp Web, Scanning, Printing).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Honest, dependable, and able to handle confidential documents.

Fluent in English & Hindi.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.


Preferred Experience:

Experience in administrative or documentation roles is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh candidates with professionalism and a learning attitude are welcome.
