HIRING NOW – INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER
Leading Real Estate Company | Based in Muscat, Oman

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our international real estate sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage international and local real estate client portfolios

Handle client inquiries and sales outside Muscat (regional & international focus)

Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients

Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting metrics

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams

Provide after-sales support and client service

Requirements:

5+ years experience in real estate sales (GCC experience is a plus)

Excellent communication & client-handling skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Must be willing to travel and handle clients outside Muscat

Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Arabic language is an advantage, but not mandatory

Preferred Nationalities:
Indian | Lebanese | Russian

Location: Muscat, Oman (with travel as required)
Salary: 900+ OMR/month + attractive commission
Start Date: Immediate
