Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician with strong technical expertise across multiple HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair the following HVAC systems:

VRF/VRV Systems

Package Units

Cassette AC Units

Wall-Mounted Split Units

Floor-Standing AC Units


Perform routine inspections, system testing, and preventive maintenance.

Diagnose system faults, identify root causes, and execute necessary repairs.

Carry out wiring, test-cable checks, and ensure accurate electrical connections.

Handle refrigerant charging (R410A, R407C, R22, etc.) and perform leak tests.

Calibrate thermostats, sensors, and HVAC control systems.

Ensure all installations and services comply with safety standards and manufacturer requirements.

Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and daily work logs.

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding spare parts, job progress, and technical issues.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician.

Strong technical expertise in VRF, Package, Cassette, Split, and Floor-Standing systems.

Ability to read HVAC diagrams, control wiring layouts, and electrical schematics.

Knowledge of test-cable operations and advanced troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of refrigerant cycles and system diagnostics.

Physically fit and able to work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.

HVAC certification or diploma is an advantage.

Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
