Counter Sales Associate (male )

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Greet and assist customers Offer product recommendations and respond to customer inquiries about ingredients, flavors, and Special dietary needs. Manage special requests, such as custom orders or bulk purchases,

Sales & Transactions:
Product Knowledge:
• Stay up to date with daily offerings, new product launches, and seasonal specials at Bakery.
Merchandising & Display:
Sanitation & Maintenance:
Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English & Arabic.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Previous barista experience is a plus, though not required.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• 1-3 years of experience in similar role.
