JOB VACANCY: SHOP HELPER

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Shop Helper to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily shop activities efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good Typing Speed (50word/min https://www. typingtest. com/)
Must be able to type quickly and accurately to assist in preparing invoices, quotations, data entry, and basic documentation.

Strong Computer Knowledge
Should be familiar with basic computer operations, including:

MS Office (Word, Excel)

Email handling

Basic software usage

Printing, scanning, and file management

Good English & Arabic Communication
Ability to speak clearly and confidently in both languages to assist customers, handle phone inquiries, and support shop staff.

Customer-Friendly & Presentable
Should be polite, helpful, and comfortable assisting customers in the shop.

Hardworking & Reliable
Willing to support different tasks such as organizing stock, preparing items, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with daily shop operations.

Additional Advantages (Not mandatory):

Experience in retail or shop support

Knowledge of product handling

Ability to multitask
