Position: Housekeeping Supervisor / Household Manager
Location: Private VIP Residence
Gender: Female
Salary: OMR 600 – 700 (Based on experience and capability)

Overview:

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Lady Housekeeping Supervisor / Household Manager to manage the daily operations of a VIP high-end family residence. The ideal candidate will maintain excellence in all household departments, ensuring a luxurious, organized, and welcoming home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Household Management & Supervision

Oversee all departments within the residence, including kitchen, housekeeping, janitorial, driving, and maintenance staff.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and VIP-level standards.

Implement schedules and quality checks across all departments.


2. Housekeeping Excellence

Supervise and train the housekeeping team to ensure spotless cleaning, organization, and attention to detail.

Manage laundry services, wardrobe care, and inventory of cleaning supplies.

Maintain privacy and comfort of the family at all times.


3. Kitchen & Food Service Oversight

Coordinate with the chef/cook for daily menu planning and food service arrangements.

Ensure hygiene, freshness, and quality in kitchen operations.

Supervise meal setup for family and guests.


4. Team Leadership & Coordination

Assign duties, prepare staff schedules, and maintain discipline.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.

Foster a respectful, efficient, and confidential work environment.


5. Administrative & Operational Duties

Handle procurement of household materials, groceries, and cleaning items.

Maintain cost control and quality standards.

Report directly to the family or estate manager on daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

5–8 years of experience in a similar role within a VIP household, hotel, or luxury villa.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent understanding of hygiene, hospitality, and household management.

Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in behavior and appearance.

Ability to manage multicultural staff teams effectively.

💰 OMR 600 – 700 (Inclusive, depending on experience and performance)
