Moon Spice is getting ready to open its doors, and we’re looking for a Head Chef who can bring real energy, creativity and leadership to our kitchen. This is your chance to shape a brand-new premium fine dining restaurant from day one.

We want someone who lives and breathes culinary art. Someone who enjoys creating beautiful plates, experimenting with flavors and building menus that leave a lasting impression. If you love leading a team, setting high standards and working with the best ingredients, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef position
• Strong background in continental and Arabic cuisine
• Skilled in culinary art, plating and premium food presentation
• Proven ability to develop a complete new menu
• Experience with vendor management, supply ordering and stock control
• Strong budgeting and cost control skills
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems
• Ability to mentor, train and motivate the kitchen team
• Good understanding of food cost, hygiene and overall kitchen operations
• Experience leading kitchen operations in a premium or fine dining setup
• Strong coordination with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency under high-pressure conditions
• Skilled in staff scheduling, task delegation and performance evaluation
• Strong communication and leadership suited for a multicultural team
