Restaurant Manager & Buffet Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Organize and supervise daily buffets as well as event and banquet buffets.
• Ensure high service quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team and suppliers to ensure availability and quality of food items.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in restaurant management and buffet organization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Work Location: [Muscat / Al Hail]
Working Hours: [Full-time ]
