Sales Representative – Qualifications (Oman Market)
1. Educational Background
Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or Economics.

2. Professional Experience
2–4 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution companies within Oman or the GCC.
Experience in modern trade (hypermarkets) and traditional trade (grocery) channels.
Background in product display, merchandising, and route sales is an advantage.
Experience handling distributors, promoters, or key accounts preferred.

3. Skills & Competencies
Sales & Market Skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent product presentation and communication abilities.
Knowledge of sales routes, POS display standards, and promotion activities.
Understanding of sales KPIs, target achievement, and collection follow-up.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiar with CRM systems, Odoo, or other ERP platforms.
Ability to use handheld sales devices or mobile reporting apps.
Behavioral Skills
Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong time management and organization skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
Adaptable to multi-cultural environments.
