Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage on-site civil construction activities. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in building construction and the ability to manage manpower, materials, and daily site operations efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site

Manage and guide workers, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and helpers

Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and construction plans

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule

Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors

Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower accordingly

Ensure availability and proper usage of construction materials and tools

Maintain daily progress reports and site records

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Identify site issues and report to management with solutions

Assist in inspection and handover of completed works

Requirements

Indian nationality preferred

Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects

Strong experience in RCC works, block work, plastering, finishing, and general civil works

Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines

Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site discipline

Ability to communicate in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)

Physically fit and capable of handling site pressure
