📍 Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer for an Interior Fit-Out Company, responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all electrical works related to commercial, residential, and hospitality interior projects. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of fit-out electrical systems and be capable of coordinating with site teams, designers, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

🔧 Roles & Responsibilities (Interior Fit-Out Focused)

Review and understand interior fit-out electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Plan and execute electrical installations including lighting, power, ELV, data, fire alarm coordination, and decorative lighting systems.

Coordinate electrical works with civil, carpentry, HVAC, and MEP teams on site.

Prepare shop drawings, load calculations, and material submittals for approval.

Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and safety standards.

Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of electrical materials.

Monitor project progress and report technical issues to the project manager.

Handle snag lists, rectifications, and final handover documentation.

Support project planning, cost control, and material estimation.

Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients.

Ensure all electrical works meet interior design aesthetics and functional requirements.

Maintain proper documentation, as-built drawings, and reports.

🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum experience in Interior Fit-Out / MEP / Construction projects.

Strong knowledge of lighting systems, power distribution, ELV systems, and fit-out execution.

Ability to read and interpret interior and MEP drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience in GCC projects is an added advantage.
