📍 Job Description

We are hiring a Civil Engineer with strong Interior Fit-Out experience to manage and execute civil works for commercial, residential, and hospitality interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site execution, coordination, and quality control while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

💰 Salary Package

OMR 400 – 500 per month (depending on experience and skills)

🏗️ Roles & Responsibilities (Interior Fit-Out Focus)

Supervise and execute interior fit-out civil works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, plastering, joinery coordination, and finishing works.

Read, interpret, and execute interior drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and interior design teams.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Manage site activities, manpower, and daily work planning.

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety compliance.

Prepare material requirements and coordinate with procurement.

Handle snag lists, rectifications, and final handover works.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers.

Maintain site reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.

🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Proven experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.

Strong knowledge of interior construction methods and finishes.

Ability to manage site execution independently.

GCC experience preferred.
