Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations at assigned sites. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills, hands-on experience in cleaning services, and the ability to manage cleaning staff efficiently while maintaining high hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities
Manage and guide cleaning staff to ensure quality work
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
Maintain cleanliness standards and safety procedures
Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance
Report issues, damages, or supply requirements to management
Ensure client satisfaction and timely completion of tasks
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor
Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning services
Ability to lead and manage a team
Basic knowledge of English (Hindi preferred)
Physically fit and well-organized
Transferable visa preferred
