We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge of Muscat’s property landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This role is fully commission-based and offers high earning potential for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional service

Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs

Provide accurate market insights and guidance on the Oman property market

Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully

Maintain client records and follow up on leads effectively

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in real estate sales

Open to candidates of multiple nationalities

Must have own car and a valid driving license

Strong knowledge of the Muscat / Oman real estate market

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
