URGENTLY HIRING
Project Manager / Project Coordinator – Joinery & Fit-Out

-Manage joinery and interior fit-out projects from award to handover
-Plan project schedules, coordinate drawings, samples, and approvals
-Supervise site activities, installation teams, and subcontractors
-Coordinate with workshop/factory for production, delivery, and installation
-Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
-Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets; handle variations and cost control
-Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and main contractors
-Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports
-Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety regulations
-Manage snagging, final inspections, and project handover

Requirements:
-Experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatory
-Strong knowledge of joinery materials, drawings, and BOQs
-Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
-GCC experience preferred
