Excellent ability to calculate quantities and prepare accurate cost quotations
Capable of handling administrative and coordination tasks related to projects
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-structured
Strong design sense, good taste, and professional judgment
Proven hands-on experience (not theoretical knowledge)
