Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee on-site works with efficiency, discipline, and accountability.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in the same role within Muscat
Strong knowledge of site supervision, execution, and coordination
Ability to manage labor, subcontractors, and daily site activities
Solid understanding of drawings, specifications, and work schedules
Capable of monitoring quality, timelines, and safety compliance
Experience in reporting progress and coordinating with management
Well-organized, firm, and solution-oriented
Holds a valid driving license
Nationality: Indian or Arab
Key Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Practical mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities
Familiar with local site conditions, suppliers, and workflow in Muscat
