🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Assistant Pastry Chef to support our pastry operations at a reputed Marriage Hall. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing high-quality desserts for large-scale events such as weddings and functions, while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and presentation standards.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing desserts, cakes, pastries, and sweets for weddings and events
Prepare dessert items in bulk while maintaining quality and taste
Decorate cakes and desserts according to event themes and client requirements
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and freshness of all pastry items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section as per food safety standards
Assist in inventory management of pastry ingredients and supplies
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Support during peak event times and large wedding functions
🔹 Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role
Experience in marriage halls, catering, hotels, or banquet operations preferred
Good knowledge of cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items
Ability to work under pressure during events
Strong attention to detail and presentation
Team player with a positive attitude
