Location: Oman
Salary: OMR 300–350 (Based on experience)
Preferred Nationality: Indian candidates
Experience Required: 2–3 years in Oman
License: Valid Oman driving license (mandatory)
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Shipping & Logistics Executive with hands-on exposure to freight forwarding and logistics operations in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge and the ability to coordinate shipments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations
Handle Air Freight, Land Freight, and Sea Freight shipments
Coordinate LCL (Less than Container Load) and LTL (Less than Truck Load) consignments
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clearing agents
Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with Oman logistics and customs regulations
Support business development and customer relationship management when required
Candidate Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant shipping & logistics experience in Oman
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding procedures
Experience in Air, Land, and Sea Freight
Valid Oman driving license
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
