Warehouse Accountant – Tasks, Responsibilities & Skills

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse accounting records
- Track stock movements, receipts, issues, and adjustments
- Reconcile physical inventory with system balances
- Prepare warehouse-related financial reports
- Monitor costs, variances, and shrinkage
- Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control procedures

Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
