Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Printing Technician to manage and operate our complete customized printing production line for HORECA disposable goods.

The facility is equipped with:

Digital Printing Machines

Screen Printing Machines

Other related production & finishing equipment

The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end production, from machine setup to final output quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and supervise digital & screen printing machines

Manage daily production activities and workflow

Ensure print quality, color accuracy, and finishing standards

Handle machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance

Coordinate with management for production planning

Train and guide helpers/operators if required

Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area

Requirements:

Proven experience in printing production (digital & screen printing)

Experience with customized printing on disposable products (preferred)

Ability to independently run a full production line

Basic understanding of materials used in HORECA disposables

Strong problem-solving and supervisory skills

Immediate joiners preferred
